Construct, renovate, rehabilitate, and repair the schools affiliated to Khorassan Razavi Education General Office, procure and supply the instruments and tools required for these schools. Major duties of this general department are as follows:

  1. Conduct the necessary studies for positioning of the schools on various spots of the province.

  2. Study and prepare the building drawings of schools in each region/district.

  3. Erect school buildings, expand, develop, rehabilitate, and renovate educational premises and environments.

  4. Supply and procure the equipment and administrative, educational, workshop, and laboratory instruments and materials.

  5. Plan and coordinate affairs and activities for attracting and expanding public participation and contribution.

  6. Prepare and execute plans for fighting deprivation/poverty in terms of procurement of educational environments

  7. Renovate and make resistance the ruined schools and those in need of more resistance (to natural disasters).
