We are grateful to the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran for the remarkable credits and funds it has devoted to school making the in the recent years, yet the position and role of people's participation in making schools is one of those outstanding and significant issues which is paid a lot of attention at Khorassan Razavi Schools Renovation General Department. The results of such attention are quite obvious. The growth of the student population in the years after the Islamic Revolution and the old and weary schools coupled with the increasing attention of the people to education and the increasing number of applicants for education, especially in rural areas, make us rely on the acts of benevolent people who are our right arm in making and building schools throughout the country. Fortunately, the numbers of such benevolent and charitable people and deeds are constantly increasing.
