Khorassan Razavi Schools Renovation, Expansion, and Equipment General Department is one of the affiliated branches of the State Schools Renovation, Expansion, and Equipment Organization that was established in 1976 in order to erect, develop, and expand the educational, sport, and administrative premises and environments. This general department has actively worked in the field of erection, development, expansion, equipment, and rehabilitation of schools and other educational environments by relying on governmental funds and contributions of benevolent school-makers. The department has rendered invaluable services up to now. To promote the rendered services and optimize use of capacities and capabilities, the department has focused its orientation and quality strategies on the following issues: 

1.  Continuous promotion of quality of construction and equipment of schools and other educational environments.

2.  Planning for expansion and encouragement of public participation in the field of making schools.

3.  Organizing the school buildings by observing the safety regulations and other existing bylaws and standards.

4.  Promoting the knowledge, skill, and incentive levels of the personnel through various ways and means such as continuous education and training.

5.  Application of property management and supervision and control activities in all current activities and procedures .

Thus the management of this general department are committed to create and implement the quality management system based on the international standard of ISO9001:2000 in order to promote the goals of the above policies. The department is after implementing this system and beside that improving the capacities of the organization to be able to render much better services to its clients. The department expects its personnel and experts to dedicate all of their efforts and skills to the implementation of this system and contribute to this quality campaign by their recommendations.
